Bellbird Spring Block Eight Pinot Gris 2011 ‘Four stars, 90/100 A classic example of the Pinot Gris (as opposed to the Pinot Grigio) style with moderate sweetness, plenty of weight, richness and complexity. An oak-fermented wine although winemaking artifact takes a second stage to impressively concentrated tree fruit/apricot/peach and honey flavours.
